Law Offices of Richard C. McConathy – Criminal Defense Attorney Frisco, TX
A study by SmartAsset found that Frisco, Texas is the safest city in the United States. The study looked at five factors to determine which cities were the safest: violent crime, property crime, vehicular mortality rate, drug poisoning mortality rate, and the percentage of the population engaging in excessive drinking.
Frisco scored well on all five factors. The violent crime rate in Frisco is 9.8 per 10,000 residents, which is significantly lower than the national average of 22.7 per 10,000 residents.
The property crime rate in Frisco is 26 per 10,000 residents, which is also significantly lower than the national average of 35.4 per 10,000 residents. Frisco also has a low vehicular mortality rate and drug poisoning mortality rate.
The vehicular mortality rate in Frisco is 5.5 per 100,000 residents, which is lower than the national average of 12.4 per 100,000 residents. The drug poisoning mortality rate in Frisco is 10.7 per 100,000 residents, which is also lower than the national average of 17.6 per 100,000 residents.
Finally, Frisco has a low percentage of the population engaging in excessive drinking. According to the study, only 10.2 percent of adults in Frisco engage in excessive drinking, compared to 17.0 percent of adults nationwide.
The southeast part of Frisco is generally considered to be the safest neighborhood in the city. The violent crime rate in the southeast part of Frisco is 6.9 per 10,000 residents, which is significantly lower than the citywide violent crime rate of 9.8 per 10,000 residents.
The property crime rate in the southeast part of Frisco is also lower than the citywide property crime rate, at 24 per 10,000 residents compared to 26 per 10,000 residents. The northeast part of Frisco is the least safe neighborhood in the city.
The violent crime rate in the northeast part of Frisco is 13.9 per 10,000 residents, which is significantly higher than the citywide violent crime rate of 9.8 per 10,000 residents. The property crime rate in the northeast part of Frisco is also higher than the citywide property crime rate, at 29 per 10,000 residents compared to 26 per 10,000 residents.
There are a number of reasons why Frisco is so safe. One reason is that the city has a low poverty rate.
The poverty rate in Frisco is 7.6 percent, which is significantly lower than the national poverty rate of 12.3 percent. Poverty is a major risk factor for crime, so it makes sense that Frisco has a lower crime rate than cities with higher poverty rates.
Another reason why Frisco is so safe is that the city has a strong police presence. The Frisco Police Department has a force of over 300 officers, which is more than adequate for a city of Frisco’s size.
The Frisco Police Department also has a number of specialized units, such as a SWAT team and a narcotics unit, which help to keep the city safe. Finally, Frisco is a relatively affluent city.
The median household income in Frisco is over $100,000, which is significantly higher than the national median household income of $67,521. Affluence is also a major risk factor for crime, so it makes sense that Frisco has a lower crime rate than cities with lower incomes.
Frisco, Texas is the safest city in the United States. The city has a low violent crime rate, a low property crime rate, and a low vehicular mortality rate. Frisco also has a strong police presence and a relatively affluent population. These factors all contribute to making Frisco a safe place to live.

After you are arrested for a DWI, there are two main things that will happen. First, you will be taken to the police station and given a breathalyzer test.
If your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is 0.08 percent or higher, you will be charged with a DWI. Second, you will be given a notice of suspension of your driver’s license.
This suspension will go into effect 15 days after you are arrested, unless you request an administrative hearing. At the administrative hearing, you will have the opportunity to challenge the suspension of your driver’s license.
You can do this by arguing that the police did not have probable cause to arrest you, or that the breathalyzer test was not administered properly. If you are successful at the administrative hearing, your driver’s license will not be suspended.
However, if you are unsuccessful, your driver’s license will be suspended for 60 days. If you are arrested for a criminal offense, you will be taken to the police station and booked.
You will then be taken before a judge, who will set bail. Once you are released on bail, you will need to contact an attorney as soon as possible.
Your attorney can help you understand the charges against you and your legal options. If you are charged with a DWI, you may be eligible for a deferred adjudication program.
This program allows you to have your DWI charge dismissed if you complete certain requirements, such as attending alcohol education classes and paying a fine. If you are not eligible for a deferred adjudication program, you may be facing jail time, fines, and the loss of your driver’s license.
